The client brief was to incorporate a large three car double height garage to accommodate multiple vehicles. A lift was installed for quick access into the building at different heights, as well as the addition of a viewing deck which was a critical aspect of the build. It was to be large enough to entertain large family gatherings while capturing picture of views of the city scape. The upper floor was also redesigned to incorporate a brand-new ensuite walk in robe in master bedroom.

The renovation needed to look consistent with existing structure so particular attention was given to finishes and techniques, including brick and mortar choice, balustrade design, and pitch of the roof.
