At Jonathan William Homes our in-house architectural designers are responsible for the overall design concept and aesthetic aspects of a project. They work on the creative and conceptual aspects of architecture, considering factors such as spatial design, aesthetics, functionality, and the overall vision for a building or structure. They will guide you through the concept phase, interpreting your needs and wants into a design that supports your lifestyle and creates desired aesthetic outcomes through considered materials palettes and a savvy usage of design concepts.
They then translate conceptual sketches and ideas into precise and accurate architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details. They are involved in the entire design process, from initial conceptualization to client meetings and design development. Jonathan (Builder and Managing Director) also works closely alongside our architectural designers to ensure your custom design will meet your expectations.
